These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Dating Diagnostic™ at mindfuldatingjourney.org and thedatingdiagnostic.com, operated by Mindful Dating™ ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using The Dating Diagnostic™ or any of its associated products, you agree to these Terms.
The Dating Diagnostic™ is a paid, self-guided relationship clarity tool. Depending on the product you purchase, you may receive:
Additional outputs may include your M.I.N.D. Dynamic™, Intimacy Dynamic™, Sexual Alignment™, Intimacy Signature™, Pattern Summary, Clarity Narrative, Misalignment Checkpoints, Uncomfortable Conversations Worth Having, and The Growth Edge.
Payment is processed through our designated payment provider (such as Stripe or PayPal) at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may be listed in USD, EUR, or other currencies and may change at any time without notice. Price changes don't affect purchases already completed.
All purchases are final. Your purchase is complete upon delivery of your access token. Once issued, access tokens are irrevocable and can't be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Whether or not you use your token to generate an output, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are available. The receipt of a token completes the transaction, as each token use generates a cost to the company regardless of when or whether it's redeemed.
Clarity Card™
Your Clarity Card™ is an AI-generated reflection tool based on your self-reported responses. It's designed to support personal awareness and clarity. It doesn't constitute a professional opinion, diagnosis, or recommendation for treatment.
Align Card™
The Align Card™ reflects how two individuals' self-reported data may relate across key dimensions. It will not tell you whether you should or shouldn't date someone. We aren't responsible for how you interpret or act on the output of the Align Card™ or how you're said to align with a potential partner.
Practitioner Brief™
The Practitioner Brief™ is designed for practitioners, though individuals may also purchase it for themselves. It's a suggested guide based entirely on self-reported data. It isn't a substitute for clinical evaluation, professional assessment, or any form of diagnosis. The Brief is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Dating Diagnostic™ does not share your raw answers or data with any individual, practitioner, or company in any of our outputs. All generated outputs are derived insights, not reproductions of your responses.
You're responsible for safeguarding your access tokens and keeping your data secure. We aren't responsible for permitting someone access to an individual or practitioner, or for lost or stolen tokens. We encourage you to keep your access credentials safe and not share them with anyone you don't intend to have access.

Your generated outputs (Clarity Card™, Align Card™, Practitioner Brief™, and others) are provided for your personal use. You may share them privately, but you may not use them for commercial purposes or represent them as your own creation.
The Dating Diagnostic™ is an educational and personal development tool. It isn't therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, mental health treatment, or medical advice. It doesn't diagnose mental health conditions, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. See our full Disclaimer for more detail.
Your outputs are generated using artificial intelligence. While we've designed the system to produce thoughtful, relevant insights, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, generalizations, or errors. You should review your results and verify anything you intend to act on. We aren't responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content. We encourage you to review the privacy and data policies of the third-party services we use (listed in our Privacy Policy) to understand how your data is handled on their end. Mindful Dating™ and Shane Campbell aren't liable for any decisions you make based on any output from The Dating Diagnostic™, including but not limited to the Clarity Card™, Align Card™, or Practitioner Brief™. We aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Dating Diagnostic™ or its outputs.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to The Dating Diagnostic™ is limited to the amount you paid for access.
We aim to keep mindfuldatingjourney.org and thedatingdiagnostic.com available and functional, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of The Dating Diagnostic™ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
