This Privacy Policy explains how Mindful Dating™ ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use The Dating Diagnostic™ and its associated products at mindfuldatingjourney.org and thedatingdiagnostic.com.
Diagnostic Responses
When you complete The Dating Diagnostic™, we collect your answers to 165+ prompts covering topics like identity, lifestyle, needs, intimacy, standards, and alignment. These responses don't include your name or contact information unless you provide them separately.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We don't collect, store, or have access to your credit card, bank account, or other financial details. Your payment provider handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Technical Data
Our hosting provider (Netlify) may collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We don't use these logs for tracking or marketing.
Product Generation
Your diagnostic responses are processed by an artificial intelligence system (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate your personalized outputs, which may include your Clarity Card™, Align Card™, Practitioner Brief™, and associated profiles. Your responses are sent to this AI system solely for that purpose. See our AI Disclosure for more detail.
What We Never Share
The Dating Diagnostic™ does not share your raw answers or data with any individual, practitioner, or company in any of our outputs. All generated outputs (Clarity Card™, Align Card™, Practitioner Brief™, and others) are derived insights, not reproductions of your responses.
Data Storage
Your responses are transmitted to secure storage systems (via Make.com and Google Sheets) for record keeping and order fulfillment. Access to this data is limited to authorized Mindful Dating™ team members.
Local Browser Storage
Your answers are also saved locally in your browser so they aren't lost if something interrupts your session. This data stays on your device and isn't sent anywhere additional.
Research and Improvement
We may use anonymized, non-identifiable insights from aggregate diagnostic data to improve The Dating Diagnostic™ and for research purposes. Individual responses are never published, shared publicly, or used in a way that could identify you.

We retain your diagnostic responses and generated output data for as long as needed to provide our services and fulfill our record keeping obligations. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it within 30 days.
